Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Hanoi - Arrival

Hà Nội 3Welcome you at Noi Bai International Airport of Hanoi Capital. Drive through the fertile Red River Delta to reach your hotel in Hanoi city. Check-in hotel if room is available (Check-in time is 14:00. Check-out time is 12:00). Free at leisure. Stay overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2 Hanoi City Tour

Tomb-of-Ho-Chi-Minh-in-Hanoi-VietnamVisit Ho Chi Minh’s Quarter including the Mausoleum (closed on Monday and Friday), House-on-stilts and One-pillar pagoda located in the area – one of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam built in the 11th century. Visit Van Mieu (Temple of Literature) – the first university in Vietnam. View the Gothic style of Central Catholic Church and Hanoi Opera under shadow trees. Continue to picturesque West Lake and the sixth century Tran Quoc Buddhist Pagoda. Visit the most interesting one from numerous museums in Hanoi – Museum of Ethnology. Hop on a cyclo to petrol round the exciting Old Quarter of Hanoi, Hoan Kiem Lake – the heart of the city and Ngoc Son Temple. Enjoy Water Puppet Show – Vietnamese traditional art evening. Stay overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3 Hanoi - Ninh Binh

tam coc_2Morning drive to Ninh Binh to visit unspoiled villages, immense rice fields in the center of the Red River Delta, visit Bich Dong temple and relics of Hoa Lu ancient Kingdom (Dinh dynasty in the 10th century). Get on a small boat to row along the small canal in the rice field to visit Tam Coc Caves considered as “Halong Bay on land”. Pick up by car to visit Kenh Ga. Get on a small boat to travel along Kenh Ga canal to enjoy the beautiful landscape surround dings, and visit fish floating village. Stay overnight in Ninh Binh.

Day 4 Ninh Binh - Halong Junk Cruise

Hạ-Long-61-e1467707293594_2Moring drive to Halong city to visit one of Wonder of the world: Ha Long Bay. At noon, get on a nice junk cruise to take a Ha Long Bay cruise over 2,000 islands that just out of the sea to provide a spectacular natural environment. We cruise through the magnificent bay of Ha Long to explore some of the beautiful and awesome grottoes. Visit Sung Sot cave and a swim at Soi Sim beach or TiTov beach. In the evening, dinner will be served on boat, before settling into our comfortable cabins for the night. Stay overnight on board.

Day 5 Halong - Hanoi - Hue

highlight-vietnam-9_2Enjoy our last morning on board to admire the spectacular view of the bay. Visit Luon cave on small bamboo boat, then cruise to pass so that tourists can have look Man’s head island, Tortoise island from the Junks. A brunch is served on board as we cruise slowly back to the harbor, where we will check out and transfer back to Hanoi. Transfer to airport for flight to Hue. Local tour guide and private car pick you up at airport and transfer to your hotel. Stay overnight in Hue.

Day 6 Hue City Tour

ancient forbidden cityWe have whole day to visit one of World’s Heritage in Hue city – the former Kingdom of the 143 year Nguyen Dynasty. Have a boat trip on the Perfume River to visit Royal Thien Mu pagoda and Minh Mang Mausoleum. Afternoon, we visit Imperial Citadel – the most important part of Hue city and Dong Ba market. Enjoy Hue’s folk songs in the evening. Stay overnight in Hue.

Day 7 Hue - Danang - Hoi An

LangTuDuc_HueVisit Tu Duc and Khai Dinh King’s Mausoleum in the morning. Then drive to Hoi An via the imposing Hai Van mountain pass, a part of Truong Son mountain range running down to the sea to cut in the high way. Stop over at Marble Mountains and Non Nuoc Beach in Danang City. Stay overnight in Hoi An.

Day 8 Hoi An - My Son - Hoi An

Hội An 1In the morning, visit another World’s Heritage site in the South West of Danang, My Son Holly Land – the religious center of Powerful Champa Kingdom from 6th to 16th century, with relics of temples, steles and carving statues showing a thriving life of people here at once time. Afternoon, visit Hoi An ancient town – another World’s Heritage site of a forgotten sea port from the 17th century. Visit the Chinese temple, Japanese bridge, and an ancient house of mixing style from Vietnam, China and Japan. Stay overnight in Hoi An.

Day 9 Hoi An - Danang - Hochiminh City

Saigon-River-1_2Transfer you to Da Nang Airport for the morning flight to Hochiminh City. We visit the most typical places in the city: Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, die City Hall, Reunification Palace, War Museum and Ben Thanh Market. Dinner on a floating restaurant cruising along Sai Gon river. Stay overnight in Hochiminh City.

Day 10 Cu Chi Underground Tunnel & China Town

cuchi-tunnelMorning we drive to suburb of HCMC, Cuchi District to visit Cuchi Underground Tunnel – a famous battle- field with over 200 km tunnel system under the ground, where Vietnamese guerillas had lived and fought during the American war. In the afternoon we take a short tour by cyclo to visit China Town and Thien Hau Temple. Overnight in HCMC.

Day 11 Vam Sat & Can Gio Ecology Tour

Can-Gio-Mangrove-Forest-1024x530_2Morning transfer to Can Gio, a World’s Biosphere reserving area in the East of Hochiminh City (60 km). After crossing Binh Khanh Ferry we indult ourselves in an evergreen atmosphere of Mangrove Forest, small rivers and canals full of water coconut trees. First we take an excursion to Vam Sat ecological area by speed boat. Visit Bat Pond and enjoy Crab fishing. Visit Crocodile farm and passing typical bridges and discover a small part of the mangrove forest on foot. Once we reach Can Gio Tourist area we stroll along Can Gio Beach and enjoy lunch at Carrot restaurant. Next we visit Can Gio Museum and admire the cheerful Monkey flock living wildly in the area. Then we take an adventure boat cruise in Mangrove Forest to see Can Gio former Military base. Drive back to Hochiminh City. Stay overnight in Hochiminh City.

Day 12 Hochiminh City - Mekong Delta - Can Tho

ben-tre-2_2Drive to the south of the town of Vinh Long, one of the 12 fertile provinces of the Mekong Delta. You take a boat trip on the mighty river to visit An Binh Island, a protected island in the river, some orchards and farm houses. During lunch you can listen to a show of typical music of the river dweller. Continue to Can Tho, the central city of Delta. Stay overnight in Can Tho.

Day 13 Can Tho - Hochiminh City - Departure

can-tho-43Boat trip in early morning on Lower Branch of Mekong River to visit Cai Rang floating market and enjoy life activities of local people on the river. The boat travel along small canals and stop at Mr. Ba Cong’ gardens where we have chance to taste fresh seasonal fruits. Visit Khmer pagoda and transfer back to Hochiminh City. Free on your own for shopping, relaxing until transfer to airport for your departure flight. End of the tour.
